Evans, Guns are permitted in Ghana just as vehicles are permitted and in each case one need a permition or linces to operate them. From what I know, every sector of our economy you will see an ewe playing an important rule and in particular in the educational sector if you take stock of those who affected your school life perhaps you will start and end with an ewe person just like people from any other region. Yes VOLTA REGION may not have the gold, timber,diamonds, bauxit etc but you go to those regions and it the ewes who form the greater parts of the work force and at the management level do your checks well and you 'll see.

We even hear of cases where armed robbers use AK47's and other assault weapons in combat with police. What is the current goverment policy on guns in the hands of civilians with regard to type of gun, manufacture, sale and acquisition?
