Im not siding with them but our leaders need to do more.

The thing is that in today's Ghana, the kids are being thought to acquire success without really sacrificing for it. They are no longer taught that success is at the end of years of hard work either through education, some form of apprenticeship, vocational training or through years of long service somewhere. These kids therefore think, okay, why bother with hard work when I can quickly rob someone of his valuables and make some money out of it? The culture has to change, we have to go back to the drawing board and teach the children that the only way to success/riches is a long graft and nothing else. Until then, the country is going to breed young men in their teens expecting to succeed via the shortest possible means-armed robbery.
