The step-father must stop being a slave-driver when ordering a child to do some chores at about 2300 hours. Why not earlier? He contributed to harming the child by driving her out into the hands of the predatory rapists, didn't he?

I don't understand the legal system in Ghana. In a story above this one, a guy gets 20 years for attempted rape. Then, here this person gets ten years for actually raping a 13-yr-old girl. What is this?
