Armed robbers are undeniably a bunch of terrorists who should be classified as vermin. We all know that vermin deserve nothing but extermination. Why should be waste valuable resources prosecuting red-handedly caught armed-robbers cum terrorists when it will be economical to execute them?
Are these Malian criminals in our country legally? Perhaps, it will be a good idea for Ghana to emulate other countries and start monitoring the activities of foreigner whether legal or not. Foreigners coming into iur coutry and gaining free hand to terrorise the indigenous people is a sign of laxed national security. If such criminals decided to terrorise the elite politicians instead of the plebians, perhaps, those politicians would consider it urgent to do something about it.
What I'd suggest is that Ghana uses a fast-track prosecution service to deal with these armed robbers and execute them if convicted. Life imprisonment only serves to waste resources that we cannot afford.

What do we Ghanaians gain from this hollow ECOWAS that has allowed all unscreened West African nationals into Ghana for all these armed robbery. There is no single West African country that would allow its country to be treated the way Ghana is treated by these criminal from Nigeria, Mali, Burkina Fasso etc. It is high time Ghana should have proper immigration laws for our country. Ghanaians can not sit down unconcerned for these criminals from other West African countries to let ghanaians live in fear.
Imagine some Ghanaian in Mali, Burkina Fasso and Northern Nigeria had attacked these Mullas in their own country? How come thses criminal can think of raising barriers on our roads to rob Ghanaian citizens? We don't have leadership in Ghana. These problems caused by foreign national have been going on for long time. How long are going to wait to put proper and meaningful solutions to these problems? Do we live with a problem or solve. I am beginning to believe that in Africa, we live with a problem. And all these robbers are muslims. Send the Malians back to their country fight against their fellow evil muslims who are destroying Mali.
