I would have requested him to be imprisoned for 30 years without any possibility of a Parole. For the first three months, he should be imprisoned at the Kamina Barracks, stripped naked and whipped at his bare backs, stomach and buttocks hundred lashes with Horsewhip. He should receive 50 lashes of Horsewhips under his feet. He should then have his whole body smeared with thick Honey, his hands tightly tied behind his back. He should be tied down to a stake in the public. The Police with their Police Dogs should Guard him.
He should be fed with only dry Gari without any Sugar and be given just a Glass of Warm water. Then the Ants should be allowed to to work on him. This should be repeated every three days. . After the first week he should be given a day to rest. The treatment should then be repeated with the nostrils , ears, eyes, Anus and his Penis always smeared with thick Honey. Let the Ants finish him. Don't kill him. That will be murder and you know that we don't have the Death Sentence. Leave him to the Ants. He will have a very miserable death from the bites from the Ants. This should be done in Public so that would be rapists can learn a lesson from it. Let him die from miserable pains and cruelty.

By this submission,i do not condone to the despicable act of defilement and rape but the speed at which the poor man was dealt with is interesting. If it was a rich man or a politician who perpetrated this dastardly act,it would've taken a decade to bring this matter to a logical conclusion and the matter eventually swept under the carpet.
