You can insult the President or any other person and get away freely. Even if you talk and threaten anybody, including the President and the Vice with death and have a simple Pen or Pencil in your hands, the object you may be holding can be interpreted as weapon and may be interpreted as a weapon. You can be arrested and charged with a Felony. And when charged like that, you could be convicted into Prison custody. We all like Freedom of Speech in our Democracy but we should be prepared to realize that Freedom of Speech has got its limitations.
