Secondly, since his permission originated from the Court, the AG did not consider it necessary to challange the Court, even though, the AG had every right to fight the grant for him to leave the Country for Overseas for his medical treatment in a higher Court he instead chose not to. Rather,the AG waited patiently for the grant to leave the Country expired and then petitioned the Court to void the order which the Court agreed to. So Yao, what did the AG. do wrong for you to accuse him of wasting the Court's time? If anything at all,you should appreciate the patience he did exercise.

If that was the case, and since he was unable to proceed to UK for the needed medical treatment, did he continue to receive medical treatment in Ghana? and, did his health condition got worse?
