Can Ghanaians be made to legally cultivate Weed legally for export and medicinal purposes? According to some sources, Weed used properly and according to Prescription has medicinal qualities. Some countries even import it for Pharmaceutical purposes. Let the Government allow its production for Medical purposes, Such cultivation should be controlled. Whether the Government likes it or not, people will still illegally cultivate cannabis and even use it for recreational purposes. Just produce it legally and export and use it legally. Weed is cultivated and exported legally from Jamaica to some Pharmacies in the Western World. Just legalize and control its production, distribution, and usage in Ghana, Is Cigarette not more dangerous than Weed?I don’t smoke anything because my nose is not a Chimney.
