Because they see stealing as profession to them, they have moved down to circle in Accra to carry out similar crimes there. Very shameful tribe with pride in stealing.

Why would you roll down your car window at an unholy hour ie 10 pm on a deserted highway to argue ? Distracting drivers thru all kinds of means is nothing new . A driver must always look and think sharp. Period !
