  I bet you that let us not blame OBONSAM SATAN for this crime because OBONSAM has been with me for a number of months now. Let us blame another entity for this. Should we put this woman into Police or Prison custody and feed her? No. Send her to the Military jail places at Gondar or Kamina Barracks for a nice Military Discipline which should involve 100 Horsewhips at the bare backs and fifty under their feet every day for two weeks. Then a strange facial marks should be made on her. Two months after her incarceration, the discipline should be repeated for two more weeks with increased severity. From there, the last dosage of the Military discipline should be done at Market Center or the main Lorry station where she did that. She should be then dumped at the center of the town and asked to walk home freely. She will be moving like a snake. For God’s sake, don’t imprison her to be fed, clothed and provide electricity and water by poor Ghanaians.

Sometimes it's the other way round.

If found guilty, 15 years in Prison Custody will be a kind punishment for her. She will be damn old that by the time she comes out from Prison, she would have crossed the Rubicon.
