Why destroy families by arresting their bread winners. Was the wee grown in a day? If you want to check this why not target the farms, so that farmers can rather plant food crops? This is a lazy way of tackling the issue.
Those attending to nature’s call are arrested for open defecation, with their faces shown to the public but wee smugglers are protected.
