  Meanwhile, he wasn't in his bro's taxi, so how did he know his brother, instead of driving straight from Dansoman to Kasoa, decided to divert through Tetegu? Why did he do that? Won't that create the illusion of bad intent?
  
  He got all that info from the police, which we all have already read.

  The taxi may be one of those people who are in league with criminals who kill people. His brother's account of the incident is false. The Police should have arrested him. He may be part of the group.

Police are trained for not killing unless he/ she is in life trait, and even should shoot below waist or arms. ln so doing that can give Police CID opportunity to investigate the outcome of the case. Now you have killed the person and how are you going to get the truth of the case.whether the taxi driver has done anything wrong or not ,how are the public can know the truth. OVER TO YOU IGP.
