  This action is assault, abuse of a minor, and kidnapping of a minor. The police should prosecute the offenders as required by the existing law. This would be law enforcement to help the victims. The advice of the police is good but it’s their duty to enforce the law to deter such foolish acts in the future and more so protect minors. BTW, where are the child advocates against violence on these kids?

  There should be eucations in the markets, churches, clinics, hospitals, and so on are needed.
