Whereas I agree with you that Ghanaian investigators are always inrush to catch petty thieves, let's also assume and accept that their homes aren't warehouses where school feeding items are supposed to be kept.

Don't be surprised to hear that it's not the first time they've diverted food items meant for the school for sale or personal use. This time around, their cups are full and must be dealt with to serve as deterrent for others who are engaged in such activities.

5 years imprisonment would be a good punishment for such unpatriotic act.
