  As part of his punishment for the crime, he should be stripped Half Naked and given 100 serious Horse Whips at his back and 120 such lashes under his feet for three days. If he is unable to pay the fine, that will be enough punishment.
  If he has killed the animal, the punishment should be increased to five days and made to pay for the cost. Please, don’t imprison him to be fed free and given free accommodation, electric lights, and water.
