  You're right. As in prostitution, both the prostitutes and their clients are both subject to arrests and prosecution. The five persons who engaged the services of the two travel scammers surely were aware that they were getting into a crooked deal, for why else would they be asked to travel to Nigeria to board a plane for France? The court should stop entertaining people with unclean hands, for their corrupt dealings are the ones that encourage scammers to ply in their trade.
