The former protects and treats spiritual infirmities; the latter destroys and actually kills. The black eyed male often uses it to protect his family, create chances at work places for his children by eliminating others and generally intimidating his colleagues. His female counterpart is like the hen which after hatching can turn round and peck them to death. Any white eye in the family or workplace will see and try to block it. This often brings conflict, the cause of which nobody understands apart from the two parties. Wish I could go on.
