  How can the Regional PR state emphatically in the heading that “Indian Hemp,” and subsequently indicate professionally in the paragraphs of the release that “suspected to be Indian Hemp?”
  What informed his decision to resort to the use of the latter though the best way to go as it’s obvious the substance is yet to undergo forensic examination to determine what it is actually.
  Is it possible that the avoidance of such erroneous reportage was the reason why the past leadership of the Police Service centralized all PR releases?
