  May the soul of the innocent young man rest in peace. The driver of the tipper truck ought to face the full rigours of the law. The driver has accomplices in this barbaric act: The unpatriotic and selfish DVLA officers who take bribes and issue road worthy certificates to faulty vehicles without any tests. The biggest accomplices are the politicians who are voted into power to ensure our roads are safe but fail to do so. They will all get their rewards for the avoidable deaths of innocent Ghanaians due to their negligence.
