These guys seems to be bold because upon all the clamp down by the police they still get the guts to go to forest but my main concern is why do the they stand and watch as the police comes to arrest them instead of bolting aw ...

Nice One !!!! These guys should be treated as TERRORISTS . They have lost their human rights for indulging in these crimes. They have lost all their humanity and should be treated as such to serve as deterrent.
