Does Ghana have a database of citizens DNA?

DNA Data can easily be built into Ghana Card now that it has been linked to Ghana Health.by the past govt.We already have other bio-data with the Ghana Card so no need for Ghana Police to waste resources they can tap in.
I wonder if Ghana police has a national data base for sex offenders? every male resident of the area should be made to give up DNA sample .all male friends and male relatives should be considered suspect till proven otherwis ...

Ghana govt cannot afford to keep multiples of Data,Ghana Card can add whatever you are saying to their records.In Russia and elsewhere citizens Criminal and Education Records are all linked to their passport or National Card.
This is so sad, only the Almighty knows best.
