  How can you jail someone just 1yr for this grave crime. He should have been jailed for 40 yrs with hard labour for this. This criminals have been endangering Ghanaians by stealing railway track materials, road signages, drain covers, electricity fittings, etc. Go to the new Tema-Mpakadan railway line and see how this criminals are stealing the bolts, nuts, fish plates, rails, track signages and other metal parts on this brand new line. Infact, he should have been shot by a firing squad. A bullet to the head will stop these nation wreckers.
