  If the consignment was not meant for the two schools, how come it was a school bus which delivered to the driver. Peter is only trying to cover up. There is a need for further and better particulars. Investigation is a must.

  If the consignment with the taxi driver came from the food depot for the schools then where was he taking the consignment to? The taxi driver was hired by somebody at the food depot to transport the items to a location that is not part of the distribution chain. The driver is innocent but the police must find out who contracted him to transport the items
