For the murderer, he should be shaved with a broken bottle, tightly tied down to a pole or a strongly fixed object, stripped naked, handcuffed, and honey smeared all over his body including his eyes, nose, ears, anus and all of genital parts and left in the Sun for the Ants to take good care of him from the morning to the night for every day until he gets eaten to death by the Ants.
