I heard something about how the circuit court trial judge at WA and the State Attorney decided to grant bail to the prime suspect at the first hearing. That the AG rep in the Upper West region walked into the court room engaged the family members of the prime suspect who police alleged was keeping the booty and in no time bail was given after a strong objection from the prosecution. What will motivate police to step up their efforts in cases like this? The AG in WA must be ousted as he compromising in serious Robbery cases in this nature.
