Obviously the two would have engaged in sexual intercourse that night, if the deceased was adamant on why he was in the vicinity. A simple vaginal swab would have answere lingering questions. The in-law indicated that she was sleeping in the same room with the grandchild while the husband of the lady indicated that the wife was sleeping in the same room with their child. So who is to be believed?
