  3. The prison officer's attack on the civilian, was it taught through well, what of if the prisoners had escaped in the melee?
  4. When did prisoners (with all their restrictions) attain the right to administer punishment on free citizens?
  
  The collective acts of the prison officer (dignified prisoner) and his thugs, the prisoners constitute a shameful, serious and unpardonable crime in any democracy.
  
  The family of the victim should pursue this case until convictions are handed to the rowdy group.
