  Without suggesting it's RIGHT, teachers taking some chalk, cooks taking some food have all these years been accepted as PERQUISITES within the school system.

  Food program is not affordable in its present form is because you have mongrel
  People who can't lie straight in bed .But it's the same old rehtic ,there's no accountability in this programme, if there was,you fill one hundred jails with thieves doing this sort of thing every day of the week. One of the reasons that people in Ghana get involved with the thieving of this food program is the high unemployment and low wages if your lucky enough to have a job.....people gotta put food on the table at home so they steal from the kids.

  You got two months to own up and return the stolen goods or face a five year jail time ,no ifs or buts..... you get caught doing this crime coz it is a crime ,you go straight inside .....with no right of appeal.....and throw away the key .... This sort of activity is bleeding the country dry ,and needs to stop NOW.
