that neighborhood is prone to low income, gangs, single parents dwellings, mostly black folks. i used to travel past there on the bus to get to my high school. this was simply a gang initiation activity. im sure the kid was advised to kill the first person they came across and this unfortunate Ghanaman was the first one he saw. sometimes, you will see a black or latin kid shot in the leg at a bus stop and left there. the ki will either go to the hospital or call ambulance and if you ask them who shot you. they say they dont know...muahahahaaaaa. all because of poverty
