ARE WE SERIOUS? Someone kills a human being and jailed for 3 years plus a 600ghc fine. Something needs to be done about our judicial system.
Stop being ignorant, there are a lot of things considered in a case.
Please l don't know oo. Can a Magistrate or Circuit Court handle a murder case?
