Very funny. You have no clue how many times a year pilots are arrested at airports and in cockpits because they are drunk! Many more do it but they are not caught. You should see Denzel Washington's movie "Flight".

It took the shooter 3 years to admit having knowledge about the incident. To me the shooter should have been sentenced to HANGING or LIFE IMPRISONMENT, otherwise, the pilot's family should seek an appeal or a re-trial of the case.

Let me tell you that in Europe, even if you see someone dying by the roadside and you refuse to help by calling the police or offer any form of assistance and you are caught, believe me you'll be charged - you'll either see prison or you'll be made to pay fine, let alone you kiil someone and run away without reporting.

The brother may have thought he is in lucky with some pig soup that weekend when he heard the snoring. He got scared when he realised his mistake knowing he has killed someone instead of inviting side-chick to his delicious spicy prako nkwan. Many of us would do the same.
5yrs for not reporting the crime and owning up is good enough. He was arrested in 2021. S far he has done 3 years. Release him in 2026 to go back to his family.
The blame os squarely with the foolish pilot who should know better but chose to be reckless with his life by drinking his head off whilst driving. Thank God he is the only victim and not some innocent person under his car.
