Already we have armed robbers robing the country Ghana in a big way. Some are keeping the looted money ubder their bed while others in polytanks in their homes. The petty armed robbers are the ones who have taken over the highways to rob off the innocent people. I t seems it is no longer safe to be in Ghana. The police are also docile when it comes that the victims call for their security, they can only appear after the armed robbers are done.

Very pathetic. There's the growing use of CCTVs in vehicles nowadays. Recordings are INSTANTLY saved in the cloud or sent to smart mobile phones or to other saving devices without the knowledge of the criminals. Security services use these saved files to track and trace criminals and apprehend them. CCTVs are becoming more effective but cheaper so the earlier transport companies and individuals vehicles owners adopted the technology the better.

Somebody was shot dead in the afternoon in plain sight. Police was informed immediately, but the response was, they cannot come until later. The dead corpse with there in the street for 7 hours before the first policeman arrived at the scene.
That's how those "security forces" operate. How would they ever catch a true criminal? They rater colaberate and take bribes from them.

This has nothing to do with "cost of these products and services". It is a matter of providing peace and security for the citizens of this country and the government should be able to do just that or stop calling itself government. These incidents are quite worrisome and it makes you wonder if there is anyone in charge of this country. Ensuring law and order has to be the topmost priority any government.

If you think the country is unsafe right now, wait until Bawumia becomes president. He and his religion will sponsor and train actual jihadists to pose as "armed robbers", and they'd wipe out entire towns, villages and passengers in a car without stealing anything.
That's how it started in Nigeria, and now they're hunting down Christians for sport. It started in the North when Buhari was president, and now they've moved to the Middle of the country. Soon they might take over the whole country and you'd have to risk your life to call yourself a Christian in Nigeria, and the government isn't doing anything about it!!! Why because, their religion controls every branch in government!!
So don't let these npp idiots who only care about the money the arabs are giving to them, convince you that voting for Bawumia is an option. Our future in this country is on the line and that of our children's!! His religion comes first before the safety of any Ghanaian!!
Christians, vote with your peace in mind, cos we'llnever have one if these people take over!!

Recently there was a funeral at Berekum and we saw the presence of an heavy security there. The NPP government has little concern for Ghanaians so they don't release heavy security to patrol our streets against armed robbers.

It could have been worse. The drug addits wielding guns, know no limits sometimes. But on the whole we need to improve security as a country. Population has grown but security structures are same. Logistics for security personnel are still in a sorry state. Yet Abu Jinapor, Gabby Otchere Darko, Bumpty, and rest can build and equip a whole police service with state of the art equipment from their loot. One day one day... Monkey go go market and will not return!

What else do you expect the evil criminals to do when the government itself is too busy stealing and plundering and has no concern for the safety and security of the people of Ghana? These criminal bandits work in groups, with one look-out parked patiently at a busy truck stop of filling station. Once a bus loaded with passengers leaves the station, the look-out then phones the other team perched on the outskirts of town to be ready for the a bus coming through with passengers. The Police should work with truck stops and filling stations to allow them to have plainclothes officers in unmarked Police vehicles stationed at those locations to conduct surveillance on suspicious vehicles with occupants parked there for long periods of time. No society can eradicate crime, but a concerned government can take meaningful measures to ensure that very few crimes are committed across the roads of Ghana.

Since Sept there is no single week robbery does not occurred in the Country but you would hv the media clapping for IGP Dampare for doing well because he is before celebraties, pastors , flirting with key personalities in the country and throwing parties for school children. Is that policing? Until the public wakes up to know that they are been fooled by the current IGP , the entire nation would be swallowed. Armed robbers are having their free day, succeeding in every attack they make in south , north and central . If not how could armed robbery be happening on Ksi and Accra road? Have you heard this before ? But it's being happening under Dampare but our traditional media houses are quite.
