Maybe we live in a different Ghana. Your political stability is very question due to NDC making mockery of our democracy. No investor will be willing in put in serious capital till 2017 because you guys rigged the elections, the SC blindly gave your the verdict but the explanation of how they voted clearly means the final verdict should go the other way. Should that give your shortsighted felas the kind of tension that the 2016 elections will generate? THAT IS NOT POLITICAL STABILITY.As of now all will be feasibility studies and the boldest will come with a business proposal which will ensure that in 2 to 3 years they have broken even. And that kinna business is nothing that sustainable in the long run.
Quality labor force?? Current educational system coupled with comments from the country's AGI speaks volume to that.
You politicians think Investors are fools!! You Mr VP should know better!!

At times, it seems the erratic power and no water situation we have in Ghana, is okay with our leaders. How do you see Ghana as having the best environment while you know very well that we have insurmountable problems concerning water and electricity. Who in his/her right mind, will like to invest in an economy that rations power or switches of power unannounced? It is really mind boggling.

Veep, our Ghana could have been one of the best environment for foreign and domestic investors,BUT:
We have not done our homework well, and not ready to receive them.
Infrastructural services are not adequate, seeing the filth in Accra, the capital,no adequate power, water, gas supplies, and unskilled labour force that abounds.
Bribery and corruption at the core, security, not adequate as armed robbery is done at will,VAT,TAXES in place, that should have attracted ,rather scare every investor.
WE HAVE TO PUT THINGS TOGETHER FIRST,BEFORE WE BLOW OUR TRUMPET TO ATTRACT THESE INVESTORS.
For,timing is crucial, inevitable, important, necessary in every investment negotiations, and success equation.

Mr. Vice President, go bury your head in the sand like the ostrich when it is being pursued. Every Ghanaian knows and you know too that your administration is a joke because you cheat, lie and very corrupt to the core. How do you expect honest foreign investors to invest in Ghana? I am quite sure that the only investors who would come to Ghana to invest at this time would be only those who are corrupt themselves and only interested in pillaging what they could get out of Ghana.
Ghana does not need corrupt investors to come and pillage the country's mineral resources- gold, diamond and etc. with complicity of Mahama administration.
We do not want any more of the stupidity, useless and senseless speeches from you, your boss-MAHAMA or any of your corrupt officials.

If Ghana will stop that stupid agreement they made on transfer of money to Ghana and disband the FIC and ask the Bof G to allow money into the country we are doomed. It is money that does everything. Ask the Asian countries they did not transform their economy by stable environment they did not transform their economy by science they transformed their economy by having investors coming in with huge money to invest in the economy. If money is available then we can produce anything from palm tree we can set up industries we can turn even our cocoa to various end products infact we can do a lot. If the WB and the IMF who are scared that a lot of money will be transferred to enrich Ghana they come out with these stupid measures and our leaders are not thinking that huge sums of money are being looted from Africa to Europe and that is not money laundering because it is coming in to help their economy. It is money that makes everything so having the best environment is not all. Go to Asian any money for investment is good. What is this senseless story that I am hearing that when we allow money in people will destabilize the country. Go and ask Japan go and ask china go and ask Vietnam Malaysia Thailand etc. about their success story. Please Ghana wake up. Investors are being faustrated their money are being seized and they loose a gret deal even when they want to repatriate their money. FIC had become a unit where it is rather being used to steal peoples transferred money for investment. Please stable economy and peace etc. does not guarantee growth. The government cannot do it all so please allow the money in. The cedi is depreciating yet
