  It is true that human error might be the highly contributing factor,in automotive traffic accidents.But we must also not forget the fact that deplorable road conditions could as well be a huge part of the problem.
  Where roads that should have been straight remains crooked,meandering,undulated,high gradient with manholes,how do these able leaders expect safety on the roads?
  Police collecting bribes FROM THESE SAME DRIVERS,HOW COULD THEY STRICTLY CHECK PROFICIENCY AND ROAD WORTHINESS OF THESE COMMERCIAL AND PRIVATE VEHICLE?
  The problem is huge to control.That is why there are unnecessary automotive accidents on our roads,and not human error alone.

  Please drivers get exhausted-must be controlled
  -Alcohol also in play a role. In Germany especially drives are controlled on drink driving -Tell the Minister of Eastern region if he starts the scheme I will provide theoretical assistance before I come home.Well done
