    Not to demonstrate against your landlord. Demonstrate ensuring rent is paid on time and be more responsible. Alternatively seek an affordable rental housing and avoid disturbing the landlord.

    I think the one year's rent is too much, the govt can pass laws to control building materials. The cedis is stabilize, and inflation is down but building materials prices keeping raising up
