  Yes..
  Those ratings were relied upon by accredited investors and others and when those concoction were exposed for what it was..greed wrapped up with insurance ..it almost collapsed the world financial architecture during the financial crisis of 2008..2009.
  
  My unsoliciter advice -....don't attend any of the seminars by these si- called expert...they don't know diddly swat.
  They're coming over because UNDP has a budget item
  for their services.
  Just utilize a robust financial and risk management tool and all will be well.
