IF TAX-FREE WEALTHY DUBAI, ABU DHABI, QATAR, SAUDI ARABIA, ETC HAVE DONE IT WITH ONLY THE EXPORT REVENUES FROM REFINED CRUDE OIL AND LIQUIFIED PETROLEUM GAS, SO CAN HOPELESS GHANA WITH THE COUNTLESS NATURAL RESOURCES INCLUDING RFINEABLE CRUDE OIL AND NATURAL GAS AT GHANA'S DISPOSAL.
