  THIS IMF LOAN WILL COME WITH HEFTY INTEREST PAYMENTS HEAPED ON THE ORDINARY BANKRUPT GHANAIAN CONSUMER IN HIGH TAXES AND KILLER CONSUMER PRICE LEVELS, BUT NO ONE WILL ASK GHANA TAXPAYER TO PAY INTEREST IF GHANA'S LEADERS SELL THE NATION'S GOLD BARS IN TAX-FREE DUBAI OR SAUDI ARABIA.

They have demonstrated it across Africa and other third world countries all over the world. Those who control the world bank and IMF are the same who run the CIA and the US military.
