Americans raise their own money and have a system in place to generate money to maintain the place. Ghana can not take care of National theater that Rawlings built how can they take care of a Cathedral. Greedy bastards inflated the cost of the project and when Dag Heward Mills complain it can be built for less according to his experience building cathedrals, they kicked him out of the board and said the national cathedral is nothing compare to what he has build in the past.
Greed is what killed the project and no one should blame any Ghanaian for standing in the way of something to honor God.
