Inaki should be smart, with all these strikers and forwards lined up for Spain his chances are not very good with Spain.

Good idea oo but I remember Quincey Abeyie, Kevin Boateng, Adam Kwarasey, Junior Agogo. How much did we make of them? Did we not also waste some of those who decided to switch for Ghana?

Boss, Switching nationality to play for a country does not give you automatic playing. The players you are making reference to had their chance and made the best out of it. Coaches have their preferred players, therefore if coach x thinks you are good they will call you up. They reverse has the same effect. Of cause there is an assumed behavior of coach selection influence by GFA which has never been proven. Have we considered the influence of players' agent on coaches? Some of them share the same agents and they look out for each other.

Hi Boss check your facts, please. Some of you are simply too ignorant, and lack understanding. We just come on this site and write anything, anyhow. Innaki's case is different from these others you are talking of. If Ghana invites a player and his standard falls below the required standard, do we still have to keep fielding him just because he switched allegiance to Ghana? Even though other players might be better than him? Quincy was a great under 21 player. At that time, he did not want to play for Ghana. He was waiting for a call to the Dutch national team. When he joined the English EPL (Arsenal) and could not make it because his standard had fallen, he realized he could not get into the Dutch national team, he switched allegiance to Ghana and played for Ghana. His standard at that time was just average. Other players became better than him. What did you want Ghana to do? Keep fielding him when other players were better? He could not even hold his spot in many teams in Europe. He kept bouncing from team to team in Europe. So what are you talking about? What did Ghana do to Agogo? He simply aged out of the team. He was not alone. Captain Appiah, Paintsil, Sarpei and others too. Why are you not talking about Inkoom, Boakye Yiadom, Duncan and others? If a player's standard falls, can we still keep fielding him?
Tell me, what did Ghana do to Kwaresey? We all loved him when he came here. His issue is with a goalkeeoer's trainer. Accusations and counter accusations. The goalkeeper's trainer has denied the accusations. Ghana has invited him several times to the team, but he has refused to let go. We still love him if he wants to come, but we can't force him to come. C'mon give us a break!! Some of you criticise for no reason at all. We all have seen KPB's behavior in Europe. Teams in Europe are even afraid to touch him, even though he is a good player. He is simply uncoachable. We don't treat players who switch allegiances to Ghana differently from our local players okay, so what's your problem? Get a life pal, and if you don't have anything to contribute, please don't come to this site. Thank you.

Who would play for Gh if they had the opportunity to play for an European country.
It's not an issue of patriotism... it's where the future looks brighter.

I tell you haters and pull me downers, Ghana will progress and do well with or without Innaki. One thing you pull me downers don't understand is this: Most of these foreign players transfer to play for Aftican teams only after they have been rejected by European teams for poor form, behaviour problems or other issues. Not all of them come to play for Ghana out of love. But you guys can't accuse Ghana of treating them differently from our local players. These players you guys are mentioning, what did Ghana do to them? Check your facts, please. Some of you are simply too ignorant, and lack understanding. You just come on this site and write anything, anyhow. Innaki's case can be different from these others you guys are talking of. It all depends on him. But if he chooses to play for Spain, that will be fine too. Ghana will get along, regardless. We'll be fine with whatever decisions he takes, period.
Ghana has had players like Baffoe, Sarpei, Otto, Agogo etc, who played for Ghana and loved it. If Ghana invites a player and his standard falls below the required standard, do we still have to keep fielding him just because he switched allegiance to Ghana even though other players may be better than him? Quincy was a great under 21 player. At that time, he did not want to play for Ghana. He was waiting for a call-up to the Dutch national team. Later on when he joined the English EPL (Arsenal), and could not make it because his standard had fallen, he realized he could not get into the Dutch national team. It was then that he switched allegiance to Ghana and played for Ghana. His standard at that time was just average. Other players became better than him. What did you want Ghana to do? Keep fielding him when other players were better? He could not even hold his spot in many teams in Europe. He kept bouncing from team to team in Europe. So what are you guys talking about? What did Ghana do to Agogo? He simply aged out of the team. He was not alone. Captain Appiah, Paintsil, Sarpei Oleele, and his brother, John Mensah and many others too.
Teams in Europe are even afraid to touch him, even though he is a good player. He is simply uncoachable.
What should Ghana do? Let him play and dictate when he wants to play, and when he doesn't? Let him abuse our coaches and disrupt our team just because he comes from Gernany? And do all these without any disciplinary action? We don't treat players who switch allegiances to Ghana differently from our local players okay. You guys should get off this site with your too-knownism. Get a life pals, and if you don't have anything to contribute, please don't come to this site. Take your too-knownisms somewhere else, period. Thank you.
