  The so called educated Hearts officials don't even know you cannot sign a Player under contract without first seeking the permission or negotiating with the club he is contracted to.

  Hearts and their fans were doing catwhwels two weeks ago about this signing. This is disgraceful. Hearts can't do anything right anymore.

  Nobody will choose to go to a training college when they have a chance of going to a university. Kotoko is a university and Hearts is a training college.
