American rapper Cardi B has spoken after a recent social media outburst by the alleged babymama of Super Eagles goalkeeper Maduka Okoye.
This development comes amid ongoing dating rumours between Maduka and the American rapper.
According to Cardi B, she frequently finds herself at the centre of conflicts involving ex-girlfriends and baby mamas of the men she dates.
Speaking during a livestream on X on July 22, 2026, Cardi said she has noticed the same pattern throughout her dating life.
"As long as a n***a has a baby mom, or even an ex-girlfriend, this is going to happen," she stated, adding, "I don't know what it is about me, I ruffle their feathers really bad."
The rapper explained that the experience dates back to her early 20s.
"One thing about it, two things for sure, I'm telling y'all this since I was 20," she said.
She recalled how an ex-girlfriend of one of her former partners allegedly became obsessed with her, repeatedly calling her home and even showing up at her workplace.
"She was obsessed with me. She was calling my house phone... She even came to my job," Cardi B claimed, adding that she begged the woman to leave her alone to avoid a confrontation.
The rapper also alleged that another former boyfriend's babymama behaved similarly.
"When I dated that scammer that I dated for three years, he had an insane baby mom. The b***h was just insane," she said.
Despite the recurring drama, Cardi said she has no intention of staying single, joking that she still wants companionship and excitement in her love life.
Her comments follow a series of posts by Maduka Okoye's alleged baby mama, Dutch model Jelicia Westhoff, who had accused the Super Eagles goalkeeper of physically abusing her during their relationship, cheating on her with both men and women, and neglecting their three-year-old son.
She also claimed she supported him before he became famous, saying she helped build his career, and accused him of abandoning his responsibilities as a father.
