Sankofa, loosely translated means go back and get it, but going back and bringing back Otto Addo who resigned after an unsuccessful debut as the Black Stars coach makes Ghana a laughing stock in the football world. GFA stated that he was hired based on his excellent interview performance, eventhough he has a body of work which they ciuld have relied on. I cannot imagine that GFA is rewarding mediocrity and I don't see how Otto will be successful this go round. Is he being hired as a temporary solution, because his contract is only for 34 months. Otto must be hard up for a job that he will sign for 34 months and not the typical 60 months coaches usually sign.

Even the so called proven experienced Maurino's were once fired by their teams for non performance at one point in time and later being hired again by this same clubs and other, let give our own the benefit of the doubt and support them to grow, rather than criticising emotionally all the time, without offering any proper solution. Let's advocate for all the FA interferences to be stopped so he can work freely, cuz if he's not good at talent development Dortmund wouldn't be holding on tightly to him, the Haaland's and others that we so much root for as being exceptional were developed by him, if we want the future to be good, then we need someone who can spot talent, developed today, for a better tomorrow, quick fixed don't last neither do they slove problems permanently.
