IN A LOT OF CASES, THERE IS A SELECTION PANEL OF MAYBE FORMER PLAYERS AND ADMINISTRATORS OF BUSINES THAT HAVE HAD AN AFFILIATION IN FOOTBALL CLUBS IN SOME WAY.......BUT ARE INDEPENDENT OF ANY CLUB.IN OTHERWORDS TOTALLY UNBIASED......THIS PANEL IS OF SAY FIVE MEMBERS......AND ARE REGULAR ATTENDEE'S AT FOOTBALL GAMES...
THERE IS NO RENUMERATION FOR THEIR SERVICES.....ITS JUST FOR THE LOVE OF THE GAME........AND THERE YOU HAVE IT . SO PLAYERS ARE SELECTED ON ABILITY......ONLY....IT DOESN'T MATTER HOW MANY PLAYERS ARE SELECTED FROM ONE CLUB......BECAUSE THEY WOULD SELECTED ON ABILITY ALONE .
IF THERE WAS A GAME COMING UP IN A FEW MONTHS TIME, EACH PANEL MEMBER WOULD GO TO DIFFERENT GAMES LOCALLY.....THEN COME TOGETHER ,SIT DOWN , SELECT A SQUAD ,...THEN GIVE THE COACH, WHAT HE'S GOT TO WORK WITH, WITHOUT ANY INTERFERENCE FROM CLUB OWNERS......IT DOES WORK .....JUST TELL CLUB OWNERS TO PISS OFF AND MIND THEIR OWN BUSINESS.
