  Unfortunately, like every Ghanaman in power, the idea of honourable resignation is not in their DNA. They will stay in power and chop as much as he can. Who hired the last three coaches? Why should the people making decisions on hiring FAILED coaches be allowed to run the GFA?

  The problem of Ghana soccer is not about coach,even Pep Guadiola or Jurgen Klopp can not transform Black stars.The problem is GFA decision to abolished the organized youth soccer called colts. All the best of the best of Ghana soccer players were products of the colts,they produced abundant talents that feeds the local premier league making them competitive. A competitive local league impacts positively on the national team, the Black Stars. Currently, we are no more producing local talents and if any of the corrupt GFA think those foreigners can win trophies for Ghana then they need to think twice. Bring back the colts, inter schools etc.

The coach and his technical team has to have the power to choose who he wants to invite and who he wants to play after thorough training. Ghana should avoid the disgrace and embarrassment we just suffered in Ivory Coast, it's a shame.

The GFA president owns a team in the local premier league, and owns an academy. Likewise all the executive committee members, who are also player agents. They all want their players to play in the national teams to raise their values and so they pressure the coaches to use their players. Thats what they do and that's a big conflict of interest. You cannot eat your cake and have it! The GFA must change their constitution to make non team owners eligible to contest for the president and executive committee members positions. Its like you don't have to be a doctor to be a minister of health or a general to be a minister of defense. Its the same way you don't have to be a team owner to be football association president.""
