    At the end of the game, Ivory Coast had 9 men. Whether the game had “almost” ended or not is not the issue. The number of players at the close of the game is the deciding factor.

    Very true. Due to migration every team has its share of foreign born and foreign based players. There is more balance. Teams need to bring in sports psychologists.
