The Regional Director of Central Region is an absolute clown. This man has been mismanaging NSA money for years, failing to pay the electricity so that they have an outstanding balance of MORE THAN 500,000 ghc. This despite making thousands of cedis most weekends from allowing funerals to be hosted at the stadium. Where is the money going? This pathetic little man should be investigated for fraud. It's unknown how he even reached this position since he's barely qualified to work at a chop bar. The condition of the stadium is a direct reflection of his idiocy and mismanagement.
