    We need a combination of ex footballers and football administrators who understand modern football organizing. Footballers and ex footballers still need degree holders to manage their contracts and businesses.

    Which ex-players are you talking about?Personally I think all national teams shd be manage by Sports Council,who shd employ ex-players to manage them.Oliver Bierhoff used to play that role in Germany.
