  How many tines have I spoken about this? Ghanaians will never question anything until things fall apart. It's a huge conflict ofninterest for those running the gga to own clubs. How can cat supervise, protect rats? How can rats protect cheese? You have gfa execs, president who own clubs and they do everything to push their club players into national teams. There is unfairness in player callups right from u17 all the way to national team and this is affecting team performance. This is not rocket science but common sense and still the same structures exist..all these wcup apps and still gga don't have a pot to pass in..all these wcup and afcon monies whybhavent you invested these funds in training facilities, hotel accommodation for the men's national teams? Why? These leaders acting like animals, selfish zombi3 vultures! No investments in grassroots Colts to feed the national teams. Inter colleges and regional have collapsed in this country. Why? Why? So these leaders don't sit down and ponder over these things? These are reasons why our national teams don't perform..no program by gfa, sports ministry to graduate and offer support to our local coaches, refs as far as foreign supports is concerned. Ghanaians have a culture of failing to INVEST in anything but they want to reap! How can a logical human being think and behave like this? You don't grow food but want to eat? Wow

  Ghana soccer needs to start from the scratch. The Colts must be introduced, Under 12, 17, 23 etc should be reinforced.
  
  Most of the current black stars players need not to be invited again. No position in the team should also be automatic. We have to do justify your inclusion. Invite about 55 players both local and abroad around the globe and select the best 27 players. Maintain them and organize friendly matches to have the best 18 whom Ghana will be represented at any competition. We need committed players. Ghanaians are really sad the way the trend is following, if care is not taking our name will soon be forgotten in Africa and world in terms of football.
