  I sympathise with the financial situation DVLA is and challenges with fake number plates. I use the road in front of your new office at Bokye daily. I see goro boys flagging number plates by the roadside. I also notice the place is brisk with young and old moving up and down.
  My question is, hasn't the DVLA observed what is happening at its gates and inside the yard? What has the DVLA done to get rid of the goro boys?
  The red tape is vehicle registration and issuance of driving license must be eliminated. Your own staff are propagating the situation because it benefits them.
  My suggestion is: Deal with the internal organisational inefficiencies related to vehicle registration and issuing of vehicle license.
  When these are addressed, your clients will find it unattractive to use goro boys, who influence your staff and prevent clients waiting from accessing your services. Thanks
